Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is available only to selected Hala POS cashiers contacted by Hala through official communication channels.
  2. Eligible cashiers are cashiers who were previously active and had transaction activity during the eligibility period determined by Hala, but had no transaction activity during May and June 2026.
  3. Eligible cashiers who reactivate their Hala POS receive free subscription fees for the first three (3) months from reactivation.
  4. Setup fees are waived for eligible cashiers under this offer.
  5. After the first three (3) months, a monthly subscription fee of 100 applies on devices with less than 15,000 value of transactions per month.
  6. The offer is valid for one (1) year from the date of reactivation, starting from the applicable billing cycle.
  7. The offer starts from the July 2026 billing cycle, unless otherwise communicated by Hala.
  8. Hala reserves the right to verify cashier eligibility, account status, terminal status, reactivation date, and transaction activity before applying the offer.
  9. Suspended, blacklisted, restricted, inactive, fraudulent, or non-compliant accounts or terminals may be excluded from this offer.
  10. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit unless approved by Hala.
  11. Hala reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this offer where necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
